After teasing the collab song on social media, Don Toliver and J-Hope have released the snippet of their new song ‘LV Bag’ featuring Pharrell. J-Hope and Pharrell have joined forces with Don Toliver for a new collab song titled ‘LV Bag’.
The track is set to drop next Tuesday, Feb 25. On Feb 17, US rapper and singer Don Toliver took to his social media to share a snippet of the collab song. The multi-platinum artist shared a short video of himself in a studio session, listening to the track as the music plays.
He captioned the post: “me Pharrell J hope”. J-Hope re-shared the video on his social media stories. It seems that the song is heavily inspired by the luxury brand Louis Vuitton, as the title suggests.
J-Hope and Pharrell have teamed up on a number of tracks in the past, including tracks from the latter’s Something in the Water soundtrack.

Back in September 2023, Pharrell was named the new creative director for Louis Vuitton. He succeeded Jonathan Anderson, who had been helming the role on an interim basis since the passing of creative director Louis Vuitton since the passing of prior creative director Virgil Abloh in November 2021.
Before his passing, Abloh had been working on a collaborative collection with the late rapper Pop Smoke. He was also the creative director of Off-White, a high-end streetwear label which he founded in 2012. Prior to that, he was a record A&R at Jive Records, and represented Roc Nation, the entertainment company founded by Jay-Z. Child prodigy Pharrell had exhibited musical talents at a young age. He was awarded a music scholarship by legendary music producer Irvin Lorenzo, who awarded him the scholarship at age 12 after hearing Toliver perform at Washington, DC’s Nappy Headz record store.

Toliver is an American rapper, singer and songwriter. He is a member of the Cactus Jack Records collective, and has worked with artists such as Travis Scott, Kaash Paige, Gunna, Quavo and Jack Harlow. He is the son of an African American father and a Filipino mother. Toliver has won one ASCAP award, and his other accolades include two Billboard Music Awards and one Soul Train Music Award.
