Upon request, we are happy to provide additional images or videos to give you a closer look at the product's condition and authenticity, both before and after your purchase.

No Returns After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept any return requests. This is because we take great care in providing accurate and detailed representations of our products prior to purchase.

Exception for Inauthentic Products

In the rare event that a product is proven to be inauthentic, we offer a return and refund policy, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be authenticated by the brand or a reputable third-party service, such as Entrupy.
  • The product must be the exact one sold to you by Luxury Evermore.

We will verify the authenticity of the claim, and if it is found that the product is inauthentic and matches the one sold to you, we will process the return and offer a full refund.

How to Request a Return for Inauthentic Products

If you believe the product you purchased is inauthentic, please contact us at contact@luxuryevermore.com or +65 84023748 with proof of authentication from the brand or a third-party verification service. We will guide you through the return process, and once the product is verified as the one we sold and confirmed to be inauthentic, we will issue a refund.

Please note that any returned products must be in the same condition as when they were received, with all tags and packaging intact.
