How do I purchase an item from your website?

To purchase an item, you can place an order directly from our website, or reach out to us via Instagram or WhatsApp.

  • Payment: Choose your preferred payment method and send us a screenshot of the payment confirmation. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the item, with the remaining balance payable within 7 days.
  • Order Processing: Once the full payment is received, we will dispatch your item within 1-2 business days. If you are in Singapore, you can also collect your item from our office.
  • Refunds: If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you promptly to arrange a refund.

Are prices negotiable?

Our prices are fixed for most items.

Where do your bags come from, and how can I be sure they are authentic?

Our bags primarily come from local clients. Every bag undergoes rigorous authentication by our seasoned authenticators with extensive industry experience or Entrupy, a third party AI-driven authentication technique. 

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellations or refunds unless it is proven to be non-authentic by the brand or the reputable third party. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before making a payment.

Can you help source a specific bag for me?

Absolutely! Provide us with your budget and specific requirements, and we will notify you when we find a match. Source a bag via WhatsApp.

Do you offer bag spa or repair services?

Currently, we do not offer bag spa or repair services.
