Dior Café to Debut in New Location with Michelin-Starred Chef
By the end of February, Highland Park Village will bring luxury to Dallas with Highland Park Café Dior, an exquisite new restaurant headed by the two-Michelin-starred Chef Dominique Crenn. You can learn more about Chef Crenn on Atelier Crenn's official website.
Café Dior is an exclusive culinary experience, an intersection of art, fashion, and gourmet cuisine. The restaurant offers three menus: Lunch, Tea Time, and Dessert, each a tribute to the artistry, elegance, and craftsmanship that defines Christian Dior. For more on the House of Dior, visit their official website.
"I am so excited to bring Café Dior to Dallas, Texas," Crenn said. "Highland Park Café Dior will be a celebration of our community, our unique blend of art and savory luxury, and our dedication to excellence."
Café Dior is located in the former Westlake Co-op space, Highland Park Junior League building. Photos from permits filed with the city show the space has a large patio that will seat 100 guests. You can find more information about Highland Park Village on their official website.
Photos from previous Café Dior locations show an exquisite culinary experience that blends Dior's timeless elegance with sophisticated cuisine.
"At Café Dior, every dish is an artwork and every detail is a story," Crenn said. "We're committed to creating a dining experience as exquisite and enchanting as the designs of Mr. Dior."
Highland Café Dior will offer dishes from the Marion Cotillard menu by Chef Crenn, along with pastries from Pastry Chef Juan Contreras.
"I believe that desserts have the power to evoke emotions and transport us to another time and place," Contreras said. "Each bite should be a story, a journey of taste and a celebration of the beauty within us all."
Parking at Highland Park Café Dior will likely be valet-only. Reservations will be required for dinner, but guests will be able to walk up for pastry and dessert services. For information on making reservations (when available), it's best to check OpenTable or the Highland Park Village website.
