What to expect before you submit your Christian Dior item for a complimentary photo review.

Is the Dior authentication consultation really free?

Yes. There is no consultation fee and we do not ask for payment-card information. You submit the requested photos and choose Instagram or email for your result. The service is provided free of charge as a preliminary, photo-based opinion.

What will I receive from the review?

You will receive a concise photo-based opinion, together with any useful observations our team can make from the submitted details. A result may be “Likely authentic,” “Likely not authentic,” or “Unable to determine.”

Is the result an official Dior authentication certificate?

No. It is an independent, preliminary opinion based on the photographs and information available to us. It is not a Christian Dior certificate, legal guarantee, valuation, insurance document, or substitute for a physical inspection when you are making an important financial decision.

Which Christian Dior bags and items can I submit?

You can submit a Lady Dior, Dior Saddle Bag, Book Tote, Dior Caro, Bobby, Toujours, D-Joy, 30 Montaigne, Diorama and other Dior handbags. We also accept Dior wallets and small leather goods, shoes, clothing, jewellery and accessories.

Which photos should I take?

The form creates a checklist for your item type. For handbags and small leather goods, useful images normally include the full front, interior, logo and heat stamp, hardware and engravings, date code or production details, stitching, Cannage quilting and corners. Clear, unedited photos taken in natural light work best.

Do I need a receipt, box, or original packaging?

No. Receipts and packaging are optional and do not determine authenticity by themselves. Add them if available, but focus first on the required item details. You can also tell us where the item came from and what made you seek a second opinion.

How long will the Dior review take?

Instagram is our preferred and faster result channel, with a target response within 24 hours. Email is slower, with a target of two business days. These are service targets rather than guarantees.

Why do you recommend Instagram?

Instagram allows us to keep your consultation number, messages and result in one private conversation. Follow our account and send the consultation number as your first DM so the team can match your message to the correct submission.

Are my photos private, and how can I check progress?

Your submitted photos are used only for your consultation and are not published. After submitting, keep your consultation number. You can enter it in “Check status” to see whether the case is under review or the result is ready.

We use your information to review your Dior item, manage your consultation, deliver your result, contact you if additional photos or information are needed, prevent misuse, and improve the service.

Your photos stay private

Your submitted images are used only for your consultation. We do not publish or use them in advertising, social media, or product listings.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate secure storage, email, Instagram communication, and website infrastructure. We keep consultation records only for as long as reasonably needed to provide and administer the service.

Your choices

Marketing updates are optional. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your consultation information by contacting Luxury Evermore through the same Instagram or email channel used for your case.

These Terms apply when you request or use the complimentary Dior authentication review provided by Luxury Evermore. By submitting a consultation, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

A complimentary preliminary opinion

This service is provided free of charge and in good faith as a preliminary, photo-based assessment. Any result is our honest, subjective opinion based only on the photographs, descriptions, and other information available to us at the time. It has no legal or evidential effect and is not a certificate, guarantee, warranty, valuation, appraisal, insurance opinion, or statement from Dior.

Important limitations

Photo-based review has inherent limitations. Images may omit, distort, or fail to reveal relevant materials, construction, alterations, repairs, serial information, provenance, or other details. Counterfeit methods and reference information also change over time. A result may therefore be inaccurate, incomplete, inconclusive, or later revised, even when we have acted carefully and in good faith. We may request more photographs, decline to provide an opinion, or withdraw an opinion when the available information is insufficient.

Your decisions remain your responsibility

You must make your own decision about buying, selling, keeping, returning, insuring, transporting, or otherwise dealing with an item. You should obtain an independent physical inspection or other professional advice before making a material financial or legal decision. Do not represent our opinion as an official Dior certificate or as a guarantee to another buyer, seller, platform, insurer, court, or authority.

Your submission

You confirm that your information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are entitled to submit the item and images, and that your submission does not infringe another person's rights. Do not upload payment-card details, identity documents, unlawful content, or unrelated sensitive information. You remain responsible for any seller description, transaction information, or third-party claim you provide.

No guaranteed result or response time

We provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Displayed response times are targets only. We do not promise that every submission will receive a result, that the service will always be available, or that any opinion will be error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luxury Evermore and its owners, team members, contractors, and service providers exclude liability arising from or connected with the service or reliance on an opinion, including an incorrect, incomplete, delayed, inconclusive, changed, or unavailable result. This includes loss connected with a purchase, sale, refund, resale value, lost profit, lost opportunity, platform action, insurance decision, dispute, or third-party claim. If liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the consultation and SGD 50.

Rights that cannot be excluded

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

Independent service and trademarks

Luxury Evermore is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or sponsored by Dior. Dior and its model names are trademarks of their respective owner and are used only to identify items submitted for review.

Changes, severability, and governing law

We may update these Terms for future consultations. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
