Order
To purchase an item, you can place an order directly from our website, or reach out to us via Instagram or WhatsApp.
- Payment: Choose your preferred payment method and send us a screenshot of the payment confirmation. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the item, with the remaining balance payable within 7 days.
- Order Processing: Once the full payment is received, we will dispatch your item within 1-2 business days. If you are in Singapore, you can also collect your item from our office.
- Refunds: If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you promptly to arrange a refund.
Our prices are fixed for most items.
Our bags primarily come from local clients. Every bag undergoes rigorous authentication by our seasoned authenticators with extensive industry experience orEntrupy, a third party AI-driven authentication technique.
AFTER SALE
Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellations or refunds unless it is proven to be non-authentic by the brand or thereputable third party. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before making a payment.
Currently, we do not offer bag spa or repair services.
